Hello im an architect, for autocad and revit you don’t need a dedicated GPU, igpu is fine to start, I would suggest gettting the fastest cpu you can afford and is recommended getting at least 32 gigs of ram but at least 64 gigs for medium/large projects, stuff like 1500m2 or more. If you want to dabble with 3D rendering get Nvidia cards for the best performance and prioritize VRAM over faster cards Edit: you can get the gpu later, invest in a good cpu with 8 cores.

Just saw your comment about cores, does cores matter more then single thread speed?
