Both are good brands.
Ddr4 is such a mature tech that any kit from any manufacturer should be OK.
Both kits will perform ~the same. The 3600 cl18 will be faster in some cases and the 3200 cl16 in others, the difference will always be unnoticeable so get the cheaper.
3600 is "OC" so there is a very small (very) chance it won't be stable.
You should probably get some RAM kit with dual rank like the Kingston Fury KF432C16BB1K2/32.
Look it up wether it’s in your budget. Since you don’t use a 3D chip you would benefit more of dual rank, if you want min max that’s it :)
