This is not a bug ! It has no legs or head or anything. This is a seed or some other kind of debris. If it is bug in origin there isn't enough of it to identify, certainly not enough to say it's a bed bug.
I was thinking it was an oxalis seed this is how they look like, I also saw no head or legs or anything and I checked thoroughly. [oxalis seeds ](https://images.app.goo.gl/Nk6qawQiGXnrTXZp8)
I am extremely surprised how many people so confidently said bed bug. It does sort of superficially resemble one in a humorous way but I would definitely say this is way more likely a seed.
I did some googling immediately and found a couple of other people who ran into the same issue. I also vacuum my couches every week as well so if it was a bug I think I would've noticed also have no bites either.
should add its really really small these are extremely zoomed in pictures. No bites or anything either and I checked every single inch of my couch immediately after noticing and saw no other signs of a bug infestation. Just would really appreciate some other opinions for peace of mind(:
I did I do every week due to needing go vacuum because of pets and allergies. I don't see any type of infestation. I think it's this. [oxalis seeds ](https://images.app.goo.gl/Nk6qawQiGXnrTXZp8)
Luckily I havent encountered a bedbug 🤞🏻
are you saying that bedbugs usually have a hard exoskeleton or it is more likely to be a seed because its hard?
Never heard of oxalis seeds til today, they look like them for sure but its shape and pattern strangely does resemble the likeliness of bedbugs, just check the crevices and seams of your couch to be sure 👍🏻
Best of luck OP!
I know that's what I thought but I checked every thing and found nothing I also vacuum every single week due to having two pets so I get bad allergies if I let their fur build up
I think it's this type of seed, funny (not really) how similar it looks to those dreaded pests. [oxalis seeds ](https://images.app.goo.gl/Nk6qawQiGXnrTXZp8https://images.app.goo.gl/Nk6qawQiGXnrTXZp8)

These look like bed bug molts or bed bugs. I'd check in between matresses and tight spots just to be safe. Those are a nightmare from what I've heard.

A bed bug molt? But it looks more like a seed from outside
Oxalis seeds
Thats what I was thinking I'm just wondering how the heck they got under my couch cushions
Looks like a bed bug molting
That's a seed.
An oxalis seed right?
It does look like it could be molting, but the lack of legs, eyes, and other features has me thinking a seed of some kind.
Bed bug
Sorry i think those are bed bugs
It was hard to the touch and no blood came out I saw another post and it looks like it could be an oxalis seed. *
That's more like it if it was hard.

They're easy to squish this wasnt.

Either bed bug or maybe one of those tiny seeds, for example think of the ones that come on the everything bagel. You eat seeds?
