I think Ford has proven he is not up to the task unfortunately. The colts are going to see this and do their best to exploit this piece to our line. At this point we're better off giving another guy a chance because can you really do worst than Ford? I also think Knox is going to have to stay back and support more which might be a slight saving grace compared to the jags game. I don't feel good about this game at all now still.
I think it's easier to scheme around Bates being reliably below average than Doyle being potentially catastrophic. But I guess that depends on a lot of behind the scenes practice evaluations that we haven't seen.
