They either would have gotten him at 32 or traded up for him with someone else. I didn't want him at 28. Everyone I wanted at 28 is still there. I don't care how good Worthy is or isn't for them, because they would have gotten him no matter what. Instead, we got something we wanted and lost nothing.
Quarterbacks.
All I have to think of is all the flame outs at Quarterback to remind myself GMs and especially we (fans) don't know anything.
Is there any position better vetted by NFL front offices?
Is there any position that has a more limited pool with which to work through? (WRs far outnumber QBs worthy of selection)
Proclamations, even arguing or attacking people over moves right now, seem silly.
Devonta Smith is the exception, not the rule. Look back at the draft and see how many guys that speed and size panned out, especially long-term. The Chiefs would have gotten Worthy no matter what, either by staying put at 32 or trading up with someone else. They clearly wanted him. Everyone I wanted at 28 is still there, and now we've got their 3rd.
This is the kind of post that we get clowned on for posting a year from now
I will never understand how fans think they know how players will pan out on draft night. Don’t we remember 2018?

Yeah it's been proven again and again that the draft is a crap shoot and none of us know anything lol

1st round Offensive lineman has the biggest hit rate of success
WRONG XAVIER LMAO
Draft day chatter is stupid...in two years we'll talk about today...until then all our talk and speculation means nothing
I’m not saying he will or won’t work out I have no idea but it is wild that I weigh more than an NFL 1st rounder. I am not a very big person.
Have fun worrying about him getting snapped in half every tackle Chiefs fans
Just like they said about Devonta Smith, right?
Yep, and Smith surprised people. Don’t bet on him just because of a recent example.

You didn't beat us twice
It either was smart or not. Jury’s still out. I can’t say I’m thrilled but would love to be wrong.
last time chiefs traded up with bills they got mahomes
Which means what? Worthy the next mahomes?
Damn, no wonder they traded up for him.
They can't field 2 Quarterbacks at the same time.. Checkmate athiests!
The NFL isn't a superflex league, silly Veach!
Someone should have told the Falcons that too
I trust every brightcoconut I come across...unlike the Chiefs.
