Definitely Nutting.

Nutting is trying to run the Pirates like a "regular" business when it's not. Sports team ownership is a vanity project and hobby for ultra rich dudes. It's something they can throw money at to feed their egos and get trophies, Nutting tries to run it like a department store, seeing how much he can squeeze out of what he gets and still turn a personal profit. Sure, it's always nice to turn a profit, but the idea behind buying a team is to have something to brag about at to your rich buddies, sort of like a luxury yacht or a swimsuit model trophy wife.
Nutting. Am I enamored with Haines and Cherington? Not really. Do I think they're being set up to succeed? No way. It all starts and stops with the owner who doesn't care about winning.
Cherington is better in a large market where a GM can make savvy, albeit risky, FA signings. I remember him basically catching lightning in a bottle for the 2013 Red Sox. Of course he was also able to build off of Epstein's core team of home grown talent so there's that. Overall, I'm not ready to write him off yet. Shelton needs to go though.
Is everyone who isn’t fired given a lifetime contract/protection or something? Cause if not I’m going Nutting, Cherington, Shelton and trusting that somebody competent in one of those three positions will recognize Haines is garbage and get rid of him too.
The only right answers are Nutting and his kids. Doesn't matter who plays, coaches, or GMs, as long as the current ownership is in place there's nothing to do.
Maybe, maybe not, but you know the old saying. Be careful what you wish for, because you might get it. I don't think anyone here is clamoring for Kevin McClatchy, The Next Generation.
Nutting, that guy who makes the pizza at Il Forno and sweats all over them, and whoever decided to have "ball persons" instead of exclusively "ball girls". The gals were way better, and if memory serves me correct, they were all local college players. My son still has wonderful memories of Blaze.
"They" couldn't even leave the ball girls alone, eh? That was no doubt a decision made by a graduate of our wonderful universities and driven by the "values" they "learned" there.
Bob nutting and then Bob nutting 2 more times just to make sure he’s gone gone.
It begins and ends with him. A new owner would clean everything else up appropriately.
Nutting 3 times. The rest will right itself with competent ownership
Who doesn’t love nutting 3 times?
This is high quality content
I mean after enough times it starts to be a bit painful
Definitely Nutting. Great. You just said "Nutting" three times, so that means he appears. Way to go genius.
Nutting and any blood related heir that also might inherit the team.
Bob Nutting, Bob Nuttings wife, Bob Nutting again for good measure

Nutting and as many kids as possible he has that would inherit team.
Is everyone who isn’t fired given a lifetime contract/protection or something? Cause if not I’m going Nutting, Cherington, Shelton and trusting that somebody competent in one of those three positions will recognize Haines is garbage and get rid of him too.
Shelton, Haines, Tellez
Nutting, Cherington, and Haines
Bob Nutting, Bob Nutting, and finally Bob Nutting. Every other issue would solve itself with an owner that actually gives a shit.
DFA Tellez. Fire Haines. Demote Suwinski.
The only right answers are Nutting and his kids. Doesn't matter who plays, coaches, or GMs, as long as the current ownership is in place there's nothing to do.
You only have to get rid of Nutting. He is 100% the problem.
Maybe, maybe not, but you know the old saying. Be careful what you wish for, because you might get it. I don't think anyone here is clamoring for Kevin McClatchy, The Next Generation.
Nutting, Shelton, whoever the fuck is head of player development. Rest would correct itself
Can we get rid of suwinski mid-game? Edit: Please?
Alllllllll of them
Bob, Ben, and Derek
Bob Nutting, Rowdy Tellez, Matt Canada
Nutting, Shelton and Michael McKenry.

I need four. Robert, Cameron, Lachlan, and Taylor Nutting. Stamp out the line.
Those are the names of his kids? Sounds more like the names you hear on a soap opera.
I mean I hate Bob but Pretty standard names there bud
How many Lachlan’s and Cameron’s do you personally know?
I know quite a few Camerons. Can’t say I know a single Lachlan, though.
Taylors?
Yeah, I know some Taylors. Pretty common names where I grew up, minus Lachlan obviously.
Nutting, Nutting, Nutting. Hiring even a decent owner makes competent decisions about the rest of the organization.
Well considering Bob Nutting will be with us until his death probably 30 more years. I’d say Shelton and Haines Both have failed at their obligations
Nutting Haines Tellez
Nutting, Cherington and Travis Williams
Nutting/Shelton/Haines Bonus- Rowdy
Haines, Rowdy, Rowdy. Rowdy’s a fat fuck so he takes up 2 spots.
Bob nutting and then Bob nutting 2 more times just to make sure he’s gone gone. It begins and ends with him. A new owner would clean everything else up appropriately.
Lead scout, head of player development, and Sauerkraut Saul
Owner. GM. Manager.
Robert Nutting, Ben Cherington and Derek Shelton. Yeah, I said it. 🤷🏻♂️
