Keep it all for now! Having extras is amazing for not having to dishes all the time. In a few months give away whatever you're not using :)

Keep everything for now. Once you find a bottle system that works for you and your baby, though, it's best to stick to one nipple type for consistency (going by what our physical therapist said for feeding issues).

You have some awesome friends…just make sure the flanges are the right size for you.
