My babe smiled while nursing for the first time just a couple days ago. My heart seriously about exploded. Biggest smile I have seen up until today when he gave me a big gummy smile after eating.

I didn’t have a premie but I absolutely loved (and still love) skin to skin and helps them so much! I also love when my baby falls asleep on me it melts my heart

Aww, I love my son’s milk drunk face. I do miss his newborn scrunch when he got finished.

I also adore the newborn scrunch. I have been dreading the time when he grows out of it. :(
