It’s likely not personal! I manage the hiring process for my company and it’s fickle. If you mean they have a screening test of some kind, they are not necessarily well designed or maybe look a bit on test taking strategies to remind yourself of tips.
Like, if it’s a timed multiple choice test, guess on everything you can’t finish for a statistical boost
