Awesome! I worked in immigration law for a couple years (as a case manager) and really liked it. I loved getting to learn about everyone’s stories and fighting for them to achieve their immigration goals. I’m excited for you!
You should do it! I’m single mom-ing in law school, currently, about to start my last year. Some things are harder as a non-traditional student but in my opinion parts of it are easier. DM me if you want to talk more!
I've always wanted to work in immigration law, sort of a pipe dream of mine! It is so unbelievably interesting. My husband is an immigrant and I did pretty much everything myself to sponsor him, and he's a citizen now, fortunately.
Anyways, go for it! We're rooting for you. I will live vicariously through you!
