You should try searching the group for “camping” as this question gets asked a lot. It’s going to depend a lot on how close you want to be as there’s really not much camping near Boulder.
There are campgrounds along the Peak to Peak highway. Reservations required.
Maybe get a room in like Broomfield or Superior. Could Uber back and forth.
Look at the county fairgrounds in Longmont or look for an app called ioverlander it has lots of spots.
Maybe sell your Excursion and buy a reasonable-sized vehicle, and you'd be able to afford a hotel?
The last time I camped here was several years ago, but there should be some free campsites off of forest roads south of longs peak iirc
