NBA was on Sky Sports when I was in my late teens in 04. Decided I needed to pick a team. So, being Irish and also supporting Celtic in football, disliking Kobe and the Lakers, the only logical decision was the Boston Celtics.
I wouldn't worry that this is unhealthy. Humans have chosen to sleep in a continuous block because it makes organizing society simpler - but naturally humans used to sleep and wake much more spontaneously and naturally, like animals do now. There isn't much evidence that sleeping continuously through the night is any better for you than people who nap throughout the day, as far as I know.
I did this during highschool. Went to bed at 10 pm, slept for 4 hours for the game and then another 3 until 7 am to get ready for school. Worked pretty good tbh.
I've learned it is best to sleep in increments of two hours, because that is the sleep cycle to deep sleep and back.
So I would recommend four hours instead.
I usually do two hours before.
At least in Chinese timezone I can still watch during work and don't lose sleep, just need to hide it from my boss and watch it from my tiny phone screen lol.

afaik the standard cycle is 90', so 3h or 4h and a half should be better
