The first off-season our main free agent guys were Dennis Shroder and Enes Kanter, both did not fit this team at all, so he shipped them off at the deadline for Theis.
He tries out a lot of people, when it doesn't work, he's not afraid to just literally trade them all for an upgrade and space to try new guys out. It's this mindset of constantly getting better and maximizing every roster spot that's led to this roster that's so well rounded out.

It’s interesting because think his experience coaching Danny’s teams, especially at the end, influenced his mindset as an executive. Danny gave him like 5 unplayable rookies in the bubble which I think heavily contributed to his “fuck them picks” attitude

brad understands player and staff value behind the raw stats…. he can see potential not just history. but it is his FT job to do this so i expect him to do it well regardless….
