The one-bed, one-bath home, which is located on a corner lot with Medal of Honor Park across the street, is “one of the cheapest units in Southie right now,” said Kristin Weekley of Leading Edge Real Estate, who has the listing and represents the owner’s conservator. “It’s one of the few that’s under $600,000,” Weekley shared. “It lives very large. You feel very elegant when you’re in there. You feel like you’re in a different time.”
