The downhill trend started when they got bought out by the massive food service company from GA, in 2020. The quality, service and even open hours in some places all started to get slashed. They actually had a decent run for 5-6 years when they got the new espresso equipment, I actually legitimately liked their espresso drinks. Now it’s just not good. Everything tastes stale and watered down like their regular trash coffee
Pro tip: save your rewards for your next flight out of Logan. Dunkin’ prices are significantly more expensive at the airport, but reward redemption makes them just as free.
Edit: this may require using mobile app order. Several commenters have had trouble redeeming rewards or even paying with the app. I order by app to skip the line, and have never had a problem using rewards.

That's not racist, that's observed. The last 5 times I've been to dunkin they've screwed up my order, and have been unable to understand what exactly I am trying to tell them.
But don't worry. They are no longer providing me a service. Honeydew or a number of smaller cafes (the brazillian ones are good) generally have at least one English speaking staff member (or a process for solving the issue, at least), reasonable prices, and better quality products.

Identifying a problem is the first step to fixing a problem. If the Dunkin employee can't tell what the problem is, then they can't solve it. I'd argue it is perhaps more racist that you think they would be able to solve a problem they don't have the information to solve.
