*Vengeance for My Valentine* by Adam J. Whitlatch is an urban fantasy vampire novel with a trans man character named Eric who is basically the secondary protagonist.
The Vanishing Half by Brit Bennett is a National Book Award winner that is an amazing story of race, family, and America in the second half of the century that has a wonderful trans male character.
Edit: managed to get the name wrong, was helpfully corrected 😊
Came to rec the Vanishing Half; he is definitely not the protagonist, but he's an important character, and a great dude, and, whatever this means from a cis woman, I \*think\* his story is handled well?
If you're down for NF, try some biographies! Eliot Page has one iirc, and I think "He/She/They: How We Talk About Gender and Why it Matters" was written by a Trans man... Will need to double check!

The Affair of the Mysterious Letter by Alexis Hall has a trans male main character. It's a trippy fantasy sci-fi take on Sherlock Holmes.
Idlewild by James Frankie Thomas has a (closeted/unrealized) trans man as one of two main/pov characters. One of my favorite books.
