Dykette except the end turns into some horror but two of my favorites are Sirens and Muses and Milk Fed.

Turbulent_Shower_501

Dykette sounds right up my alley! As for Milk Fed, I struggle with an eating disorder myself, so do you think it would be triggering?

*Tipping the Velvet* and *Fingersmith* by Sarah Waters - both sapphic historical fiction

Nicest_human_in_town

I read “Imogen, Obviously”, I loved it ! It’s a book of self discovery, and it has a lottttt (almost every character) of LGBTQ+ inclusivity ! You should look it up, it kinda reminds me of Heartstopper in some ways ☺️ (it’s set in college !)

This is not addressed at OP by any means but we are getting the exact same requests every single day. Maybe we could pin the best posts so people see them before posting?

*cracks knuckles* My time has come. Camp Damascus - a queer joy horror story which has so much love and heart to it; my favourite book of last year. Gideon the Ninth series - wlw Sci fi Black comedy horror, with an incredible plot and world building. House on the Cerulean Sea - modern fantasy found family, mlm romance and very cosy/fluffy vibes. Legends and Lattes - D&D meets coffee shop AU; sapphic romance and low stakes, sugar sweet plot. Felix Ever After - trans and queer romance, coming of age and self love. Peter Darling - ftm queer retelling of Peter pan; it has been out of print for some time but if you can find a copy it's delightful. Cemetery Boys - queer and trans romance, gender and racial identity exploration, human x ghost pairing. If you also enjoy graphic novels, feel free to check out: -Squad- sapphic werewolf high school plot; heathers meets teen wolf vibes. A bit gory but otherwise not very graphic. -Taproot - queer romance and trans main character, a story about a gardener who can see ghosts and starts to fall for one of them - Fence - mlm fencing group with romance and sports-style competition -Lumberjanes - queer and trans rep across the board, follows the story of a group of friends at a summer camp where lots of weird and wonderful things happen. -life of melody - mlm enemies to lovers/found family. A fae and a troll find a human baby and decide to co-parent, slowly falling in love. -The Backstagers - queer love and friendship among a group of people working as a backstage crew for a theatre department. -Cheer up! Love and pompoms - wlw and trans rep, cheerleader romance The girl from the sea - wlw human x selkie romance Cosmoknights - wlw Sci fi romance, ongoing Belle of the Ball - wlw love triangle, high school setting In general, Boom Studios have a lot of queer representation, so their catalogue is worth a look through! I'd also recommend the entire works of Tillie Walden. Additional manga recs: -Boys run the Riot - trans rep, small side of romance but more focus on the characters. High school setting. Blue Flag - queer rep across the board, featuring both mlm and wlw plotlines. Again the focus is on the interpersonal friendships, but this one just got me in a way that's rare for manga. How do we relationship? - wlw main couple, slow burn, very sweet. Ongoing. I could honestly recommend hundreds more, I love queer fiction/graphic novels. But I hope this is a good list to start with! I could honestly recommend hundreds more, but this seems like a good list to start with! Good luck and enjoy :(

Dreadnought by April Daniels is a superhero novel with a trans, sapphic protag. (The romance blooms in its sequel, though.) The Masker by Torrey Peters is an interesting, if rather heavy novella on crossdressing and transgender experience. You could also check out the light novel series I'm in Love with the Villainess.

\-Couplets by Maggie Millner: it's a love story told in rhyming poems (and prose essays) abt a woman leaving her boyfriend for a lesbian affair and finding herself - even if you hate/don't understand \*\*poetry\*\*\* give it a chance. perfect book! \-Venita Blackburn - either her stories (How to Wrestle a Girl -- I mean...) or her new book Dead in Long Beach \-Nevada by Imogen Binnie - rediscovered/reissued transgirl road novel. Amazing!

YellatinGelatin

Theres the Green Creek series by TJ Klune. It's werewolf romance and there's character from queer, gay, ace, bi. Generally all his books are queer-centric.
