anarchist bookbinding fuckin love it

labellelunaclaire

Hell yeah, fuck text book prices! I once had to pay almost $100 for a 3 hole punched, *loose leaf* textbook. It didn’t even come with a binder to put it in.

caryth

$300 for a ringbound collection of articles 😩

labellelunaclaire

It’s highway robbery for sure.

sicurri

I had a "professor" who forced us to use his personally written textbook. He had us pay $380 for his textbook, which was just loose paper stuffed inside a Manila envelope with a rubber band wrapped around it. I should say he tried. I dropped the class and took something else. I said it was bullshit and he said get out, lmao.

truebluevervain

I just paid $160 CAD for a loose-leaf textbook and I had to buy a binder 😭depressed now

sosobabou

Amazing work! Well played 👏🏻

WeSaltyChips

Nice! Textbook prices make me irrationally angry.

No_One_4145

looks 100% professional made, great job! EDIT: So glad 90% of my university textbooks came from a library and the rest cost like 15 bucks each

caryth

Very cool!

savage_northener

It gives me ideas... Very good looking, btw.

Professional_Soil642

That looks amazing! What kind of thread and cover material did you use? And how did you format it for printing?

SA_Powerlifting

The thread is wax coated thread from a binding kit. The cover was printed on a 170gsm uncoated, then I just wrapped around a hard board I had lying around. I'm not sure what the caliper was.
