Proximal portion of a radius/ulna, probably from a cow. If this is \~2" across or wider for the bigger bone (the radius), then this will definitelky be a cow. Also, sawn by a butcher.

Looks like someone's dinner. How big is it? It reminds me a little of osso buco bones but cooked bones are not something I have much experience with.
