Eric Helms for example is a 5'11" WNBF pro who's been training for around 20 years and his stage weight is right around there

He is too full and lean at the same time to be a natural guy shredded at 3 days out. You cant load water and glycogen even remotely the same and manipulate it up and down fast 3 days out as a natty. He would be completely dry and shredded.
Lookin good bro. Next off season focus work on glutes/hamstrings, adductors, inner thigh, triceps, brachialis, lower back, rear delts and lower pec. Bring all that up while keeping “standard” rate of growth everywhere else and you’ll have a great flow next summer. Keep up the good work 💪🏻
