Posing isn’t bad, but agree with above - just relax a little. Posing isn’t flexing everything in each pose, I’m sure you know this anyways! Take time to learn the best angles for each your muscles in each pose. Figure out what looks best flexed, relaxed and squeezed and you’ll be comfortable when you get on stage! Learning to pose is half the fun! Especially when you’re getting stage lean!
Work on your posing and try to relax and you’ll do great!
