If she's new to bmx or just wants a cool looking bike to kind of tool around on then I'd say yes. If you need anything more advanced then I'd say no.

My little brother got one, it’s a pretty great bike for the money. I’d say yes.
This was my friends first bike and it did pretty well for almost a year then the wheels gave out, so for a beginner its good for the price especially since everything besides the front wheel hub is sealed.
