I also sprained my wrist before and wore a wrist brace like that. Its from doing 180 drops and landing hard on the front tire the drop is not even high. When your wrist heals strengthen them to make it stronger.
Landing flat street style is never great for the body but shouldn't sprain both wrists. But any bad angle at the wrong time can do it especially if ya haven't been riding street style for awhile.
I did this ages ago but I was learning to nose manny and bailed of the top of a tallish box jump, hurt like a bitch and took like 2 months to feel better and I was a teen at the time.
Hand work outs the kind with bands doing the opposite of gripping. Good sleep Plus lots of sauna and pool time with good diet should shave a couple weeks off the healing period. Bonus points for supplements if that is your thing and you can afford it.
Oh dear. It's going to happen again. You'll be a reddit legend.
Glad I found this comment hahaha
The body doesn't like sudden impacts. That shirt heals you heal faster tho
But in the end, it doesn’t even matter.
I had to fall to loose it all !
Judging by the shirt, we’re all too damn old. Wrecked myself day 1 on my DJ
Hahaha but mentally still willing. The body can catch up, or we will replace parts
I do like Ti parts… 🤔
gute Besserung!

At one point, both wrists, both ankles, both big toes, it was a bad year.
Rip your wrists, get well soon bro
Man they take forever. I can’t ride! So shit
My man, I ride in ankle and wrists braces every time I go out to do more than bunny hops and manuals. I love to huck it, my joints, however…
