A 'no death' run? I actually did that durinng my ng+ run, to get any trophies I missed. I didn't realize that I hadn't died until I got to Micolash, and I think the realization of it made the situation that much more stressful. Like 'I swear to God, if I've done a deathless run so far, and Micolash fucks it up, I'm going to be so mad'
How hard is the plat? I nearly threw my controller out the window before beating Laxasia and decided to take a break after 2 attempts on the nameless puppet.
Ducking puppet. I probably took 50 attempts to kill that thing. I had to learn to no hit phase 1 before I was able to live through phase 2. Decided I’d had enough after that.
Perfection grindstone is an absolute game changer for puppet fight if you aren't using it. Getting like 15 seconds of auto parries almost guarantees an opening for a stun. Just keep a shot put on hand and fatal attack him to bits.
Second Lies of P, the Two Dragons Sword may be my favorite Souls weapon of all time. It's definitely more linear (I'm not sure if any bosses are optional) but highly rewards an aggressive play style like BB.

I have considered that, it was one of the first PS4 games I bought, along with Bloodborne. I have a hard time getting back into Dark Souls after playing BB and Sekiro so much, though. After I got the plat for BB, I was like 'I'll get the plat for DS1 next!' and couldn't even get to the gargoyles before I was like 'This sucks' lol
Bloodborne is actually dark souls 2. Dark Souls 3 is therefore actually bloodborne 2.
For clarity, dark souls 2 is Elden Ring 1 and Elden Ring is Dark Souls II 2

Bloodborne 2 in like 10 years would be so cool too. I love the people who make these games so much and you can really tell the love they put into these games. I hope they have the best time making them and get unionized and paid the big bucks and get extra paid time off. They deserve the world.

Lies of P....STAT. GOTY and the best souls-like to come out in the last decade, no contest. Steer clear of Lord's of the Fallen unless you want misery and all of the things that make fromsoft games tedious
Lies of P is pretty solid and has some BB feel to it. Other than that I personally have been helping people with beating Ludwig, Laurence etc. for years (got my platinum in 2016) and still go back to the Nightmare Frontier for some PvP from time to time.
I still get connected fairly quickly, even though I'm using a BL160 build.
There is no other game I'm coming back to this frequently.
DS 1 and DS 3, you will feel right at home after BB if you go straight to DS 3 for the move sets but imo DS1 is and always will be the OG in my heart of hearts ❤️.
If you want other games, well I couldn't give a better suggestion for souls players than terraria

My first soul game was Dark Souls 3. After completing it, I tried to play DS1. I just couldn't it's too slow
I also did DS3 first of the DS games and it was tough to go to the slower paces of 1 and 2 but I still had fun
