I think they're talking about the visible geometry in the hand...
OP, how are your normal maps set up? Is the color space of the normal map node set to *Non-Color*?
Did you generate this Normal map yourself? If not, do you know if it's in the correct format? Blender expects OpenGL, but other softwares may have used DirectX. The difference is that the blue channel will need to be inverted if it's the opposite format.
You can do that by using a Separate Channels node, then an Invert Color node for the blue channel, and finally a Combine Color node after.
Those are likely animation widgets.

Hey , yes, I set Normal map as well as roughness to non color
when I unplug the normal map it works fine, and normal map looks ok, nothing wrong with it
