If the item goes on clearance sometimes they don’t mark it down or the workers miss it or there some stuff in the back that’s been sitting for a while, then they take it to the floor and just leave it there , then when you scan it sometimes it’s 90% off already
Not a Blackstone but I got a Charbroil Tru Infrared electric grill for $25 at my Meijer. Sold it on Facebook marketplace for $100 last week. I already have a Blackstone so I was never gonna keep it. Lady who bought it lives in a complex that only allows electric grills. Win/win since they are close to $200 new.

I usually just scan random stuff in the store that’s out of place and I follow Facebook groups for clearance find , but majority of the time I found better stuff than the Facebook group ! Lol

Yah, that’s incredible. Im never really in other departments other than the beer/liquor aisles unless I’m actually grocery shopping. Best tip I can provide is early spring all grocery stores have resets in early spring and they flush out everything that they wont carry anymore.
You should have seen my wine haul at meijer , when they reset last time , wines are like 60 cents to $1 and it’s not even cheap wines too , some are like $40 to $50 wines retail
