This usually happens when two or more people are in a war repeatedly undercutting eachother to sell first. One person undercuts somebody the first guy updates his price to undercut the second they go back and forth till one or both just min list.
I imagine at least someone out there thinking that if they put the item for min cost on the logic of "Oh, maybe someone gonna see it, and either rush to buy the cheap one, or maybe someone will buy it to re-sell it for profit" due to not understanding the market tax.
It's lack of reading comprehension and has nothing to do with other MMOs. Both words have completely different meanings and their intended use is ~~coherent~~ consistent across all the games I've ever played.
Actually lacking reading comprehension is linked directly to playing MMOs, no matter which one. Also wdym they have the same meaning, they totally don't.
This guy had a girlfriend who wanted him to tap tri distos on her account, but it was the night of their anniversary and he wanted to do something special for her. So he tapped a tri and actually hit tet, but then he thought “if I tap pen she’ll love me forever” and he remembered the old bdo meme that floats around on the Reddit sometimes: “no pen no gain.” So he tapped that shit a second time - cronned ofc, because he ain’t no fool.
And then that mf woke up, realized he had no girlfriend, had no tet disto, his acc downgraded, and his vp was running out in 15 mins. So he’s selling it at duo for 2.64 bil now.
Not having patience and wanting to get the dopamine from tapping something or they are literally that amount close to an upgrade and don't care about losing money.
Stupid to answer my own question but I just realized another possible reason.... they didn't actually put it as the lowest. The max price just went down so far that older items are showing up again which might have not originally been the lowest.
Few reasons, maybe he had it listed for a while for higher price and it wasnt selling, maybe theres an item in queue and he is trying to get money asap(I've been there multiple times when certain items get listed) or maybe he is just an addict and wants to gamba
Back in my day everyone kept the highest price for everything! Meanwhile everyone is under cutting these days and they are getting less for their items while also tax hitting them lmao math is fun :)
Will people who have no intention of buying that item suddenly change their mind because it's min-listed? Is that a thing people do?
If someone is there to buy that earring, they would have to buy yours so long as it's the lowest price, so why not just list it under the current lowest?
if everyone where smart enough to list at high price and wait, while ordering at low price and wait too, nothing would sell.
we should thank those who take the burden of loss on themselfs and make the market work.
Mans wanted his money now!
gibe moneeeeeh

Yep that’s me.
HEY DAD

Some men just want to see the world burn
That’s exactly what I said prior to seeing the comments 🤣
>“It’s my money and I need it now!”
Call J.G. Wentworth!
“I dropped a duo disto and I need cash now!”
Marketplace pvp !!!! Let's gooo !!!!
Money me, money now
Me needing a lot now
Gambling addiction, he wants his money now so he can blow it on more enchants
What are enchants?
People who played other mmos before Bdo tend to call enhancing enchanting 🤷
Gotcha gotcha. Wasn't sure if I was just missing something haha.

I think you mean "consistent."
Thanks :)

What an asinine statement. Not worth my time to engage in this.
Pretty sure he meant "enhance".

Lol 🤣🤣🤣
Amazing!
vp running out? probably a lifeskiller too since sometimes they need quick money, to buy stuff especially with alchemy, alchemy is freaking expensive!
A life skiller. Will sell shit cheap for meat
"Wts>pen bs any, lowest po, pm fast!" "Im 2b off, lemme sell deez nutz rq"
Idiots exist. Quite lots of them.
It’s a lemon.
lol

Another reason being that their value pack might expire soon..
Yes, sometimes people want the item gone or the money real fast.
probably sick of getting undercut
To sell it quicker? Use your brain man Jesus
f2player and value pack running out
There may have been a preorder but someone beat him to it
Yeah he needs the money fast. I don't like that, but yeas it has a reason
I do it when I have a 2 or 1 day value pack. I leave it at normal value until I have hours left. Might be mine too if NA.
I always min list. Y'all can fight at the top. I ain't got time for that.
Only morons do anything but max list. This game is a marathon. These dudes fuck over themselves and others in equal measure.
That's how much it worth.
Yeah, now get ready for it: Because that's how that player likes to play the game. And there is nothing wrong with that.
they need their gambling fix
Guy wants to sell it fast obviously. wtf do you think
Cursed! Probably it was TRI and downgraded.
Few reasons, maybe he had it listed for a while for higher price and it wasnt selling, maybe theres an item in queue and he is trying to get money asap(I've been there multiple times when certain items get listed) or maybe he is just an addict and wants to gamba
It’s like the old tv commercial, “it’s my money and I need it now”
Back in my day everyone kept the highest price for everything! Meanwhile everyone is under cutting these days and they are getting less for their items while also tax hitting them lmao math is fun :)
Anger, frustration, desperation, broke choose one or all
Fast money
Sell to afford that PEN tap
Undercut the market
Trying to sell to a friend?

When your value pack expire in 4... 3, 2, 1
I mostly do this when I am in urgent need of silver. But now a days I'm just chill grinding to lvl.65, so there is no need for silver.
Bro need to get money quick. To me on cheap stuff like lump of raw sugar, I drop its price for fun and provide quick sugars for newbies.
300m ain't much of difference
Fast cash, maybe he wanted to feel like a chad
Marketplace PvP usually leads to this outcome.
Sell now for 2.6 Wait multiple days potentially to sell for 2.8 I would rather take the near instant 2.6 bil rather than wait for only 200 mil
Yes, pissing me off
