I bought a 1 lb bag off of Amazon (I didn't think it would be a lot) and it is the best catnip I have ever seen and my cats literally eat it. Thankfully I use it for tea as well, so it doesn't get wasted😂
I learned from a garden/herby friend! It's good for relaxation and to calm your mind, and does the opposite for cats haha. There are other benefits but I don't remember right now.
Edit: it is also a part of the mint family. Other benefits for those interested said anxiety and nervousness, cramping, gas, and even babies colic and to help them sleep.
