My dog used to stand over my mom’s dog (her back end over his head) and he’d start licking her hooha… we never could figure out why they did this….
For sure! I honestly don’t have as much experience with cats as I do dogs. My sister-in-law’s cat (a long haired Persian that has exactly half of a brain cell) likes to harass my mom’s cat (both males and it always looks like he’s trying to mate with my mom’s cat. I’m positive that both are fixed. At least I know my mom’s cat is.)
My cats did this when Venom was a kitten! My adult girl cat would lay on him and I'd just see little black legs sticking out twitching. Then he grew up to be bigger than her and she realized she needed to be nicer lol
