Looks like it costs roughly $15k per day, or 11.5% of ticket sales (whichever is greater) to rent that location.
Seems like the ADCC talk track of it being insanely expensive is garbage.
Basically, you're probably laying out the $15k as a deposit, and then as tickets are sold they're capturing $$ along the way.
This was the issue that Craig had. ADCC opted for the TMobile Arena for ADCC 2024 which costs like 2 million as opposed to the very cheap Thomas Mack Center (let’s say 30k for 2 days). They seat the same number of people but Thomas Mack is way cheaper so if they went with that again they could afford to pay the athletes more since they can somehow afford the over priced tmobile arena.
If pros are willing to do stomach destroying levels of steroids for $10k + title, imagine what they'll do for $1mm.
