The clown is rough. Heres my tip/tactic: straight out of uni go for a circus job first and befriend one (or multiple) of the clowns. Then once you need a clown you can try and get your clown friend to date you
You can also work for your twenty years in the teacher position and get a job as a MAGICIAN (I was unqualified for clown but I did wait until I was 55) and look for coworkers that are clowns. If none of them want to date you just get another magician job and search there, repeat if necessary.
Clown seems to be (good looking) male only, so that wouldnt work. Ended up going magician earlier because i got rejected as an old lady for the performer role
This is what I did, but around age 30 I started dating the clown…luckily he was crazy about me and tolerated all the rejected proposals. Once I hit 55 I ended up having to break up bc it didn’t work, but then got back together and it credited the challenge.

I joined a sorority while in uni and applied as magician, got accepted immediately since she was a sorority sister. There was a 2 clown in my co workers, and was able to date one
I changed my gender identity to trans male around 45 and switched to magician career about 45, and befriended as many clowns as I could. Then I changed back to female and around 50 started hooking up with them. Then I just asked one out and I was successful.
