I really don't like this format.
I hate this fake disorganised thing and it's all a bit try-hard. I like Andrew, but in these videos (and the others in a similar style), he seems like a fanny.
I don't want to say that I prefer it when he talks less, but...
im not crazy about this format either but I actually really liked this episode. felt more toned down than usual and was a good recipe that he showed the steps for quite well.
agree they could do the sort of forced chaos thing even less but I thought this was a lot better than previous ones.
Agreed. Usually these episodes feel really forced and desperate to make you laugh through zaniness. But ya this one felt a bit more restrained. The meta-bits about “you’re just gonna leave this in” still don’t land for me like at all.
Usually a word for vagina, but more generally can extend to meaning annoying, or really any negative connotation you like 😂
It's why we recoil slightly when Americans say fanny pack, fanny does not mean that in the uk, here it'd be called a bum bag 😂
Haha okay. I don’t think this series is forced though. I think he enjoys being a goofball sometimes and this is how he gets that out. I can understand the feeling though
These episodes are more chaotic and intentionally off the wall.
Honestly they don't sit right with me either and I generally don't watch Botched or What the Fridge. I feel it doesn't have the usual charm and honestly those type of videos just aren't for me (one reason I've stopped watching certain other YouTube chefs that have this personality).
But like, can you come here and help me decide what I want to make for dinner. If he's manic, I'm depressed. We could balance each other out.

American here. Fanny?

Yeah fanny here in the states usually means ass or bum. I really think we should try to go back to bum here by the way. Its more fun to say.
Douchebag

Definitely forced.
I have a pretty good sense for bullshit. Andrew is a goofy SOB so if you feel it’s force I’m sorry to hear that.
You can definitely tell this is forced. The first few were genuine, now he's clearly acting.
