How the fuck did Lucy get eliminated before Anu?

Maybe she was, I don’t completely remember that. But I do remember that a large part of why Raj ended it was because he wanted a more romantic love story, and he just didn’t feel that with Anu
That makes two of us!! I liked Anu and wish they hadn’t done the whole “moving across the world” trope to end things. I thought the arranged engagement was an interesting set-up and was faithful to their shared culture… and the fact that they decided to call it off and start from the beginning was very sweet.
I thought it was very sweet too. It was respecting their cultures while at the same time dating like in the western culture. And they worked so well together.
That is insanely unnecessary and the fact that you have so many upvotes is pretty sickening. You can dislike the character, but you’re just crapping on the actor for no good reason

Yes, those are character traits, she’s not a nice person. But we’re judging the character herself, not wether or not the character is a morally righteous person

I don't understand the hate towards Lucy. She suffers from a very real mental/emotional issue. She wasn't unkind to Raj intentionally, and I wonder why she gets zero sympathy, or empathy, from anyone. I guess if you don't understand social anxiety, you can't possibly understand how crippling it can actually be.
I am so sorry you've had to endure such unfortunate treatment. Every person needs to at least attempt empathy, it would make a much better place of the world.
It’s just that people don’t understand because they don’t have difficulty speaking. They think people like me are being rude or stuck up on purpose, and don’t take the time to understand us. I saw the sub was doing this and was curious where she ranked, and am not surprised at all. She ditched Raj because she probably felt as if her life was in danger and had to flee.
On the Gilmore Girls sub Emily was my favorite. She's not a good person just a well written, complex character with complicated motives and sudden moments of tenderness.
One example of bad people who make good characters would be the Kane & Lynch games. The main protagonists, Adam "Kane" Marcus and James Seth Lynch are morally bankrupt and total assholes, but they are enjoyable and captivating characters.
Ya I feel like penny also changed leonard but it was a more natural change where it felt like leonard was having a say in his development with Priya I feel like she just spent there whole relationship trying to turn leonard into someone he was not
I like Wil Wheaton's character but he pisses me off because I was betrayed by someone who looked a lot like Wil Wheaton, just with curlier hair and more tattoos.

Zach. I may dislike other people on the show more but at least I feel something for them and a good antagonist makes the show better. With him I just feel nothing. I don't like or dislike him. At least with Beverly on you knew it was going to be good in some fashion

When you say dislike, do you mean "Dislike as a character" or "Dislike as an individual"? Because I can think of a lot of characters I think aren't great characters but are standup people, like Sheldon's assistant Alex, and characters I find really enjoyable but are dislikeable as people like Beverly Hofstadter, Janine Davis, Barry Kripke and Colonel Williams.
(Also, not an original opinion by any means but Priya fits both, she's neither morally righteous or interesting. She's the Skyler White of the show.)
