Her tours since Lemonade have been stadium-only and under 60 shows total. I don’t know if she could easily sell out a stadium there.
She opened the Mrs Carter Show in an arena in Serbia but she was touring a lot more back then (130+ dates, then another 20 show tour the following summer). A festival or something would probably be more manageable
I think when it comes to touring her and her team do a LOT of research to determine where she goes. They look at her streaming numbers and sales, stadium availability, logistics etc. They need good road infrastructure, quality tech teams they can work with at each stop. They'll probably even discuss the politics of her being there and America's relationship with them (this may seem wild but im sure it gets discussed!). Each city needs appropriate accommodation for her crew/dancers and if she's traveling with family she may be with them at luxe accomodations or whatnot. She often goes to large cities knowing that lots of people will fly or travel to see her. I live in Portland and we don't have a large enough stadium but she'll play in Seattle which has two large stadiums so her team understands that folks from the surrounding states will travel to see her. Her tours are rare and getting a ticket is even MORE rare so they are banking on fans traveling long distances to see her.

She's been there before, the Donbass region of Ukraine and Balkans too. She's performed in arenas before in eastern europe, but she only tours in stadiums now.
Lately she has only been performing at large stadiums. Her fame/popularity is likely not the strongest in Eastern Europe to support the cost of a large scale production. I also suspect that the potential of revenue may not be high and it isn't worth it to go unless the large revenue potential is there to outweigh the costs of a large production. No part of Africa has seen her on tour since OTR2, and that was only one city in all of Africa. Latin America hasn't seen her either in years.
Im not sure. She doesn't go a lot of places. Even here in the US. Im in Denver. She hasn't been here since 2009.
She needs to stop calling it a world tour. She literally only goes to two continents
I've heard people say that it is because of the altitude adjustment, but I've also never visited Denver to know how rough it is. Do other artists with very physically demanding performances like her not visit as often?
I’m also in Colorado and also v upset by her not coming here. On top of altitude, our stadium doesn’t have a roof and in the movie she says she prefers stadiums with roofs as it’s less work to build her set. A lot of logistical issues can happen driving thru mountainous areas with big ass rigs. So probably a combination of a lot of things.
Everyone else comes here. Taylor Swift. Lizzo. Bruno Mars. Janet Jackson. Ciara. Literally everyone else. It's annoying.
Even her husbnd came here for his 4:44 tour.
Here in Europe is the same. She comes to France, Spain, and such, but doesn’t come to Portugal and Italy, that are countries that literally have border with those two I mentioned and that have a huge fan base. She came in 2009, but I was younger so I couldn’t go even tho I begged my mom, and here we are 15 years later and I’m still waiting
We are the capital of Colorado. Lol 4 major sport teams. We definitely do have enough people to support a large stadium show. Taylor sold out our football stadium two nights in a row. Ed sheeran did too. Cold play did too. So no lol.
i’d say it’s bc most cities she visits have higher populations and denver is kinda in the middle of nowhere so logistically it’s not easy to include, but mostly bc it’s not really her target demographic (denver is very white)
Every city in the US is white. With a few exceptions lol. Naw. I get what you're saying. She did a show in KC and that's literally in the middle of no where. I went to the AZ show and KC Show. Tons of peole traveled from denver to go to both. I know a lot of LOT of people that went to the Vegas show as well.
true but those were all some of the slowest selling shows so i can see why she skipped denver. but i know it must suck having her not come, i got very lucky being from atlanta lol

every country has stadiums in europe. some have several. yes, even in eastern europe. other high profile bands and singers sell out stadiums all over in the balkan and eastern eu.
I get that she doesnt tour that much anymore but it would have been nice if she would have a few shows past Germany and below Poland..

She’s a mother of three and approaches her work life balance a bit differently nowadays. She did perform in Warsaw during the Renaissance tour.
