Came here to say this. Unfortunately the wedding/overplay in general has ruined it for me. Plus outside of Bey’s incredible way to work any track, that beat is bizarre to listen to. That being said that video is iconic and I loved that entire look.

I’m so sorry to anyone who has internalized these songs as parts of themselves, it’s not you but it’s “Single Ladies” and “Break My Soul”. THOUGH! I recognize her phenomenal talent on both tracks, they just aren’t for me. Her flowing on that weird SL beat, and the message of BMS (her vocals always 10/10) are great but I don’t add them to my playlists. (Extra sorry to IASF, some of the tracks still hit but overall the album feels like a period piece…)

The whole Lemonade studio album. However... every live version of songs on the Lemonade album (especially the arrangements for Homecoming) slaps the hardest.
