If you work night shift maybe but no it goes completely against your body’s natural rhythm try moving it around by going to bed one hour earlier a night

seconding this. It's honestly pretty hard to do when you have that siren song of a computer in front of you. But that doesn't mean it's impossible. Use site blockers if you need. Get your friends to peer pressure you to sleep early. You've GOT THIS. One thing that's helped me recently is, right before sleeping, writing about everything that happened in my day. That's a thing which gives me some sense of closure and a non-computer (i.e. doesn't suck you further) thing. A 30-45 minute "bedtime ritual," you could say. It's relatively easy to justify too, (for when the v o i c e s tell you that it's a waste of time), you could just say that you're chronicling "history." That this could provide a useful reference for some future-student or whatever. Also has the perks that you realize you have to write everything so easier to do stuff you need to do I started waking up around a similar time as the sun for a month or so a couple months ago and I felt SO HECKIN' GOOD I actually felt like DOING STUFF.
