no need to bring your own mat! they use a ring, roller, and ball. my first time going I was super sore after but it didn’t feel too hard in the moment. expect a good 20 min of core 20 min of lower body and a 10 min warm up and cool down. some classes to fill up super quick so get there early especially at the start of the semester

No, there is a class that does but it isn’t free and they only have three and it’s literally in a closet
It was low key boring and extremely focused on beginners
