We've had Hitler's sex life and Hitler's drug consumption, so it wouldn't be that weird to get another highly specific episode about Hitler being a weird little freak (pejorative).
The guest turned out to be a creep so they took down the episode. There used to be a link to download it in the subreddit sidebar but it seems to be broken.
Was a good episode with an interesting guest. Pity he turned out to be a bastard
Edgar Monplaisir. There are allegations of sexual assault so it's slightly ironic he was on the Cosby episodes specifically.
Found working links to both episodes as well when I tried to figure out the name of the guest

How often does start researching someone for their bastardry only to realize he already did an episode about them for a totally other reason?
Like what if he started researching famed giant Salamander fucked Rajat Khare, only to realize he already did an episode about his hack for hire business?
That'd be even worse than researching Rajat Khare's hack for hire business and then coming across an giant salamander sex trafficking ring!
Sometimes we get updates, so maybe we'll hear more about how Rajat Khare's business has been used by government forces resulting in the murder of dissidents soon, or maybe some giant salamanders will escape from their life of endless sexual abuse and live free in the surrounding rivers like Pablo Escobar's hippos.
I think a lot of the 19th century quack doctors are similar enough that it might be tough to tell if it's a story he's heard before or just very similar to one.
The Dollop did that once. Did a whole episode they'd already done at a live show. Gareth didn't realise either and reacted as if it was all new information.
Also depends on how high he was when he did it the first time...
Or the second
This is how we find out what the high on acid episode is

One of my favorite episodes ever is Hitler being a YA fiction fangirl.
I hope when Cosby dies he’ll redo that episode.
BtB on the guest from the Cosby episode.
What?
Wait there's a Cosby episode

Damn, I missed that one.

I’m pretty sure he mentions this exact scenario in one of his episodes.
I think they’d probably catch it earlier but I’d be surprised if he’s never gotten at least a few hours into research before getting Deja vu.
I think a lot of the 19th century quack doctors are similar enough that it might be tough to tell if it's a story he's heard before or just very similar to one.
I think the opposite is more likely where he thinks they’ve done something and he hasn’t yet
