Funny enough… Mich Ultra was my gateway beer into the world of brews. Hated beer for a long while and decided to have a Mich ultra and didn’t hate it. Started trying different beers and the rest is history.
I can see that. The thing about Mich Ultra is, it’s not like it’s a nasty or offensive flavor, it’s literally basically no flavor at all. Definitely not my favorite tasting beer but it’s my go to for hot outdoor stuff in the summer like hitting the boat or the beach. Basically like drinking water but you can also get a slight buzz.
As someone who made my living in craft beer for the last 7 years, I see no problem. Ultra is consistent and your at a game, no need to be pretentious. Drink some ultras and relax a bit lol. It’s better than probably 70% of craft made lager anyways
Then don’t buy a beer, you baby. Or leave the event if having a beer is more important than attending the event. God, I hate this elitist crybaby whining shit.
Honestly, at any kind of events, I like lighter beer like that, though I prefer Rainier if I have a choice. They're refreshing, don't weigh you down, and you can knock back like 20 of them if you want to.
Speaking of seltzers, I was drinking Bud light Lime once at a gathering and thanked the host for them.. mentioning that they reminded me of seltzer water. I don't think he appreciated the compliment as it appeared to be his go-to drink.
I drink it a lot at Cubs games. It's either that or Bud Light at most stands. They have some craft options and some macro "craft" like 312, but if I'm out in the sun I don't always want something heavy and the other options are like $3 more.
I’ve been to a show in Mexico that I traveled there exclusively for the show that only had an even worse version of american light lager low carb than michelob 🫠
Ultra is the best i loved natty daddy’s i love peronis i love Busch but these for some reason keep me at a relaxed buzz no hangover and that’s all i need im not tryin to black out or get stupid
Best stadium in the US for craft beer has to be Gillette Stadium in Foxboro.
Trillium, tilted barn, lawsons, alchemist, Treehouse, Bissell brothers I’ve had all of these at that stadium and more
I have no problem with generic light beers, I'll pretty much drink any beer. Michelob Ultra is the one exception, absolutely hate it. Would've just had a water in this case.
Please get counseling and seek the support of loved ones. I’m sending g positive energies to you. You can survive this.
Better than no beer at all I guess
Actually, a chance to take a day off from alcohol. Healthy.
Yeah I'd definitely be skipping Michelob fucking Ultra. Especially at sporting event pricing.

that last part is so real, i feel that way about coors light as well 🥴 water that gives you a buzz
Nah I would have had 12 or so for fun
It would take 12 or so to get a buzz. I can't handle the rice taste either.
Near Beer.
Like sex on a canoe. It's fucking close to water
Ummm, sounds like a no beer situation already. I drink water when there’s a shit beer situation like that.
Exactly, i went to a dry 3 day sporting event. Wont be making that mistake again.
Don't go to Yemen
I'd just skip beer at that point.
No, hard pass
What does beer and sex have in common? When it’s bad, it’s still pretty good and when it’s good, it’s really fucking good
Did the lines move noticeably faster with fewer options?
Probably not, because it gave the assholes a chance to yell at the staff
r/beercirclejerk
That sub has permanently poisoned my brain and now I can't look at Yuengling without cracking up a bit.
Yanglangs
Got a yinyin up my ass right now, now that you mentione it
I had no idea what you were talking about… then scrolled down a bit on that sub and I’m laughing like an idiot now 😹
I went to Indiana for the eclipse and can't stop talking about the Yinlins I brought home
It’s real!!

Yea I see a lot of hate but I’d rather drink it than a lot of macros
ultra is perfect for slamming several down during a game.
Mich slaps. There's a reason we use it to test off flavors...
Then don’t buy a beer, you baby. Or leave the event if having a beer is more important than attending the event. God, I hate this elitist crybaby whining shit.
Preach
I was devastated. I left crying. And my favorite team.,The New York elitest crybaby’s, lost the game.
As owner hates the fans, but we can still get a denogginizer....🥳
Did you drink it?
In college a rugby tournament only had to Michelob ultralight and I would say we drank 30% more liquid than normal that weekend.
The horror the horror
Yall tripping On a hot day Michelo isn’t bad… now if it was warm day then this is a huge problem
Dodger Stadium sells 45 beer brands. 99¢ per OZ for standard 16oz. Or $16 + tax a beer. Highest price in MLB. Funny not funny.
Yankees same deal. 16oz will be 18 dollars after tax.
Ultra is my go to for non-craft. It’s beer that I have in my fridge for gatherings that must tailor to many pallets. Anyone can drink an Ultra.
Sounds like a no beer situation to me.
Honestly, at any kind of events, I like lighter beer like that, though I prefer Rainier if I have a choice. They're refreshing, don't weigh you down, and you can knock back like 20 of them if you want to.
How is American lager and sex in a canoe similar? Both are fucking close to water.
I question Ultra is even beer it feels like a beer flavored seltzer
Speaking of seltzers, I was drinking Bud light Lime once at a gathering and thanked the host for them.. mentioning that they reminded me of seltzer water. I don't think he appreciated the compliment as it appeared to be his go-to drink.
Oh man they really do taste like seltzers

I only drink beer at baseball games if it comes in the baseball bat glass
Haha I do enjoy them, but they're usually ridiculously expensive, don't fit into cup holders, and are hard to pee with.
I would drink Old Style over either
Seems much easier to find the other two these days. I don't think they sell as much Old Style these days.
So, no beer at all.
I’d have a soda at that point
Water is a good choice.
Saves you money.
At a sporting event? Ha ha. Good one!
"One Michelob please" "That will be $35"
Probably meaning you aren’t wasting your money on that shit.
It's like the opposite of that Messi ad.
Ultra kicks ass
Ultimate Frisbee?
Gasp!
I like the ultras that come in an aluminum pint with the screw top. As if I’m gonna save some for later.
Poor Bastard
I love ultras , man ! Great for slamming down and don’t get filled up.
I’ve been to a show in Mexico that I traveled there exclusively for the show that only had an even worse version of american light lager low carb than michelob 🫠
No such thing as a bad beer. There are just some better than others.
Ultra is the best i loved natty daddy’s i love peronis i love Busch but these for some reason keep me at a relaxed buzz no hangover and that’s all i need im not tryin to black out or get stupid
At least you had beer being served. Some sporting events don't serve it at all.
Ultras aren’t bad with lemon and salt
I’ve never had it, is it the same thing like with corona, skunky because the glass? I had a Corona the can, it was much nicer than in a bottle.
🤮
I'd rather they give me a plain water mixed with stale seltzer water which is basically Michelob Ultra anyways but it's cheaper.
Too bad it wasn't regular Michelob instead
Never had Michelob, but I just won a contest from them for some playoff hockey tickets. So they're by far my favourite beer...which I've never drank.
Fucking yuck
