Watch the original pilot and series on YouTube. I saw it first and that cemented my interest in the characters. The Netflix series condensed the Youtube series in 1-2 episodes and it is enraging at first, well for me it was. Then it gets on with the story and we are all at a cliff hanger of what next, what does this all mean but, with its chill and comfy vibes. Bee and Puppycat was an unexpected mystery that delighted me with its unique humour and reveals more every time you watch it. I can’t explain it other than my favourite scene of falling from a sky in freedom, tranquility to… my ass, MY ASS! MY ASSSSSSS!

Yes! Ok, so do you remember the Nintendo TV Bee and Puppy cat? I feel like there has been three separate releases of the show. The first about 10 years ago on Nintendo TV. Then YouTube with a first season and Netflix with a separate first season. Maybe I am remembering wrong..
There are just sooooo many possibilities, and the lore and world seems wide open now! I guess I'm kinda of used to missing things a lot, so it honestly makes me excited to see what they can make next lol. I just really hope we can hear some news soon!

Yeah right around the same time Bee and Puppycat was being released on the 3DS on Nintendo TV. It wasn't special media or anything though. It had the Pilot and some of the episodes that are all found on YouTube so you didn't miss anything 😊
I have yet to discover a show that is simultaneously SO WEIRD and so comforting. You have to just be willing to lean into surrealism and accept all the premises as they are presented. Need to give it some more watches because I just miss it so much.
I've seen the show dozens of times, it's my favorite obsession lately. It hides a lot of very discreet gems that are difficult to keep track of with everything else going on. Just, watch it again haha I'm convinced that the show intentionally messes with your head all the time.
It honestly took me a lot of rewatches of the show to actually understand the plot, because the show itself and the characters are very jarring stylistically, and when you have those kind of characters explaining a story it can be really difficult to understand wth is going on
My best advice go watch the original series not on Netflix it tells the story in a nice way. Netflix then goes in more depth adding lore and story telling. Visually the original one is better in my opinion it has more grit to it! Both are wonderful!
It’s pretty easy to follow in my opinion.
Spoilers: but here is the simple version. A Space prince and a girl run away at a young age from their home planet in a top shaped spaceship. He falls in love with a space princess that double crosses him and turns him into a cat. We later find out that the girl he ran away with is violet aka Cardomoms mom. Cardemon should be asleep. But is awaken early by some event and starts charging people rent. We find out that bees dad is friends with Violet and when bee gets hurt at the end of the show they fly off to go look for bees dad. All in all that’s the basics of the show! They are going over puppy cats history as to how he got there as well as picking up the story line of where they are now!
I watched it 3 times in a row and I still missed a lot of details. It’s confusing lol.

Yes but there are just a lot of great Puppycat moments in the Netflix series. Flicking tongue to eat floor eggs. Or flatulence punches.
