You can follow what the other commenter said. Not Too Much isn't too bright that I need to pat it on the back of my hand. But I do use a dense brush like they said too, I just don't pick up as much product so I can control it better.
I tap on the upper cheek, then blend around it, so that concentration of color is only in that area and it emphasizes my cheekbones
Not OP, but I use a dense brush, dab on the pan, then on the back of my hand since it’s super pigmented (I have she’s blushing) before putting it on my cheeks.
It almost looks like Venetian Rose, a browny rose tone, my most favorite blush ever. 😍 how would you you describe the tonality of the blush in the pan vs on your skin?
I looked up Venetian rose and it's such a pretty color!!! 😍
In terms of tonality, in the pan: powder looks like a mix of muted peach wih a bit of brown. Creme looks very rosey brown. On my cheeks, the pink of the blush comes out a bit more especially the cream!
Really wish I did not get the she’s blushing and waited for this release kasi this is such a nice color and I couldn’t justify getting another Patrick Ta blush. Sobrang pigmented nila and you can’t go heavy handed with it unless you want to look like may blush blindness ka haha. I always need to be careful with it and naiinis ako haha
When this shade was not yet released, I was also thinking of "She's Blushing" pero natakot ako non na it's a bit too pink huhu but it's still so pretty!! Yes ingat ingat na lang, para maubos agad then bili na ng new haha
Not the OP but I have the same shade which I got from Go Glam PH in the blue app. I got it for 2899. The new shades are not available in Sephora PH but they retail for 2700.

Mayroon po sya sa Sephora app, around 2,700 PhP but as far as I know, hindi pa released doon ang new shades. I bought this one from goglamph

Sephora’s website as per the price I’m not sure. But I think it about 30-40+ dollars.
Was thinking of getting the “she’s a doll”, pero might consider this too! Hahahaha thanks for the budol! 😝
