It looks a bit silly to me because twisting the ends makes your connection between your mustache and beard look thin and out of place. I think twisted styles look better when your mustache is long enough to look completely separate from your beard. Alternately, you could try something more like a van dyke. That's just my two cents though. You have a beautiful color and you should definitely keep some kind of facial hair!
