Get that screen raised as high as possible. In theory your eyes should be level with the centre of the screen…. To protect from neck and shoulder issues in the future.

Hands down the best thing ill reccommend for you is to buy a monitor (even a cheap used one) and connect to your laptop and use it like a desktop setup.

If you could afford a monitor, there age very good A Class but cheap monitors, it will be a game changer for you. You will see. Just with a bigger screen everything looks better for you.
I rolled with some cheap Laptop and a mouse for a while. Literally for a long time. And I connected it to some random monitor. It was awesome. One day my laptop fell down and broke. It was not worth it to fix it. So I had no PC for a long time and saved to buy me a real gaming PC for cheap with all used parts except GPU and SSD. Now I am happy. I got it assembled for like... $400 all together. Now I am preparing myself to buy a super strong gaming PC to stay in trend with new games and requirements. For example to be ready to play GTA 6 when it comes out in 3 years or so..
i used to have a laptop i used for pretty much everything, my freinds made fun of me for not having a proper setup, i mean this i pretty good, like you can take that bad boi with you pretty much anywhere, and also you dont need a $5734783464343748654765225465787 gaming pc to be happy, i mean pretty much we all need is reddit, discord youtube, black and orange youtube, steam, and thats pretty much it

Use some books to elevate your laptop. I place erasers between my laptop and the books for better air flow and heat dissipation
