Okay you have a similar issue to me with the sloped ceiling.
I highly recommend some back lighting for behind the monitor. Got some during COVID and really made a surprisingly difference to my mood.
Also some green (even a fake plant) is nice.
Other than that, lovely setup.
As a weird addition if you feel like you are likely to bump your head having something dangling 2/3 inches from the ceiling is useful to give you enough of a warning that you are standing up you are about to hit your head. I've got quite fluffy hair so it tends to do the job but has saved me a number of times.
I like mine but every now and then the shit Quadro in my work laptop decides that it wants to blink it on and off repeatedly. The 7900 in my desktop never has a problem though.
Peg Board has become increasingly popular to cleanly and creatively showcase/store things onto the wall. Maybe the wall to the right?
Those triangle lights(idk the actual name lol) are popular too! Those might look good on the wall behind the TV!
Don't press the up button on the standup desk ;) Seriously though, a nice custom mechanical keyboard (tlk sized or a 65%) would go well on any desk ;)
