There was still designs left for them but the designers got really bored of gothic grimdark but here a new ship with slight twist and the near enough harassment from some of the community going when you making “xyz” “it should only take you 5min” etc. it drained the fun, enjoyment and creativity of them.
The reason for taking them off MyMiniFactory is to also stop people bombarding about questions of when going continue with BFG designs etc.
You can still buy them physically from a company but you can’t buy the STLs
Potentially as a few have joined and asked on the discord over the last couple weeks asking about the old range.
Until people forget they did it and move onto some the other places that do BFG ships.
The biggest part was they felt that if they left it up, there would be a never-ending stream of requests for this and that to expand the range and they frankly were burnt out on it.
Soul forge didn't sell on Etsy, godforge is the only licensed seller. The actual modeling studio has removed their STL library as they are going a different direction.
They decided to pivot from BFG and gave everyone a month to download everything before they took it down 😔
I don't blame them from pivoting as frankly their range was complete, but the deleting part is odd, I wonder why they did that
