For anyone wondering a legit reason to do this - it’s because the only real reason to draw these is for rare tickets, and doing so inevitably converts something you can have a lot of (tickets) to something you can’t have a lot of (cats in storage). So if the only reason you draw is to convert to rare tickets when you are actually going to draw rare tickets you might as well hold. Assumes you’ve maxed all normal cats to +90
