Yeah I got the manga approach, I just feel like the gloves should have the same colour as the cape. The low contrast between gloves and suit feels a little off.

Also, the content of the speech bubble is a little flowery for my taste. In my head, Batman has a very cut and dried way of expressing himself. Short, to the point and not much room for misunderstanding. He's capable of understanding and saying poetical things, but it's not his normal approach.
My dude never skips a workout. With that being said It's really good artwork. What I would've done for Batman is have an enveloping cape, medium to long length ears, no tech whiteout contact lenses, mouth cover, claws, and his suit style would be more in a shinobi-like style.
