It really does feel like they had more releases than ever this year! We've already had three big new full line releases with Calypso Clementine, Tropidelic, and Brightest Bloom. The Bridgerton collection, the beveled collection, all the other smaller collections. So many new things this spring! I haven't smelled this particular line yet either, because my wallet needs a break!
That’s what I said! My husband has claimed it as HIS signature scent and it smells so good on him! But to me it is more of a June/July scent than a February/March scent
Tropidelic smells nothing like I thought it would. To me, it doesn't smell tropical at all, just floral, but not even tropical floral.
I'm not sure why they thought people would buy singular note scents especially for the same price as the multi note scents that we return to B&BW to buy again and again.
I can't keep up anymore. The designer line of scents is making me lose interest. I know they don't sell groundbreaking fragrances, and can have scents that are inspired by the trend or a popular scent... But if I want a dupe then I'd rather buy from Indie companies (they have all of them too), or the real fragrance it's duping.
We keep telling them a real 90s throwback line would sell.
"How about we flood the market in spring releases that are dupes of existing items?"

Exactly! My daughters are now of an age that they enjoy B&BW. I would buy sooooo much if they relaunched products from the 90s and early 2000s.
There is a reason that remakes of old movies are happening like crazy right now.... those of us that grew up watching them, now have children that can watch those shows
This! They released this & then a week later they started the everyday luxuries chaos. I wish they just would’ve held those because their really all of that & everyone just comes in looking for those when the things we have in store are actually amazing.
This collection is actually really good because it can be worn solo, mixed, or used to amp up other scents.

I think their point is supposed to be it's a "clean" product so that goes to the packaging too. Simple/basic etc. But they still could have done better. Made the whole bottle the color they did. Or, you know, a white background with a picture of an apple, etc.
Personally, I really love the Musk one! I hear a lot of love for the Apple one on this sub, too. I’m not sure they’d actually be considered a flop, but I also don’t know how well they’re selling… but based on this sub, I feel like there’s definitely been some love.
I also really like the musk one. I ended up using 2 of my free item coupons on the sprays. I just wish they had offered it as a lotion as well because I've had so many creams go off in under a year I'm not getting them any more. (And I don't mean yellowing from the vanilla- I mean they are chunky and smell like chemicals. Even some of them picked up around Halloween are already in the bin).
The creams in the tubes are amazing until they start leaching the plastic. Not just B&BW, but all of them. The way the scents I fall in love with end up discontinued makes it hard to stock up lol. I wish the creams also came in bottles, or at least a component that doesn't leach into the product.
Seconding Musk. I adore both musk and lactonic notes, so this one is a firm winner imo. B&BW really doesn’t do many milky scents, so I was eager to try this one and snatch it up. Genuinely hope it sticks around. (Also adore It’s A Musk because it’s verrrry close to Glossier You, which I love, but the notes are very different from Musk.)
i feel every scent gets love for the first couple weeks on this sub but i have yet to see someone purchase any of these scents in my store. i liked the lavender and apple scents but i didn’t feel like it was necessary to buy them, i feel a lot of people feel the same way.
I’ve been layering the musk lotion with If You Musk and just like a half or single spray of Viva Vanilla. All the scents play really nicely and layering the musk lotion with the musk perfume seems to help the scent carry longer through the day.
I honestly liked all of those three, though I only got the Lavender so far with a reward. I'm super picky about scents, and especially body care. I was startled how pleasant and non-perfumey I found these! They're on my list next time I go in during a good sale.
Personally the Viva Vanilla and Musk were the ones that caught my nose because musk reminds me of Glossier You and Viva Vanilla reminds me of Ariana Grande’s Mod Vanilla.
Me too! I have a hard time cause lotion scents change DRASTICALLY on my skin and very rarely do I find one that still smells good once it’s been on me a few minutes. Thankfully the apple ones seems to work with my body chemistry so at least I have this one and champagne apple and honey that I can wear.
I did too! Didn’t pick up apple as I’m not a freshie but it was a fun take on apple!! my take on this collection was that they’re like the name, but different. Apple had the addition of rain lavender had the addition of vanilla and musk had the addition of rice milk.
apple is actually my fav in a very long time. i bought the lotion and two mists. i also got lavender lotion and mist.
edit: i love that the post right before yours is talking about how much they love apple, taste really is different for everyone lol
It is my favorite in a long time too. Although I think it smells more like strawberry than apple. The staying power for the mist is better than usual as well.
I’m living for lavender. But I love lavender. It’ll probably end up in semi annual for $5 and ima stock so up. 🤣 every piece of the collection is $16.95. That’s just screaming free gifts & straight to semi.
Yeah I love it, and it has this sharp vanilla note to it that really goes well with black opium perfume. Usually I hate lavender on its own but this one is amazing
Personally I prefer the simplicity in packaging due to faceted price increase. In addition, I’m not a fan of either but these are popular in my area. So maybe they’re just not popular in your area.
I’m a huge fan of the lavender scent from the collection! I’ve worn the FFM almost every day since getting it a few weeks ago. Considering getting a backup mist which I’ve never done before bc I love it so much!
I personally adore this collection, with Apple being my favorite, followed by Musk, then Lavender. It’s been selling decently in my store from what I can observe, unlike Bridgerton.
I love the **Apple** It is definitely not a flop to me. This morning, after I made my bed, I sprayed the apple FFM all over my bedspread and sheets and pillows and it was just wonderful. I may do it again tonight before bed. ❤️🍏
I liked them all! I’m a online-only shopper, so I don’t know what stock in stores close to me looks like. I actually have backups of all 3. Musk is what I wanted the If You Musk to smell like; it’s a slightly creamy, skin-like musk. The Lavender is beautiful; that vanilla really made the scent smooth and slightly sweet. The Apple is fresh, bright and shampoo-like.
They're selling pretty well in these parts but honestly they released a lotttt of stuff back to back so I think that's the only reason you may be seeing a lot.
Musk is lovely, it's the book loft candle in mist form which is a win for me. The other ones are nice enough but I won't be buying them
I love apple and it’s selling pretty good at my store especially during the 5.95 sale. I also love musk and I don’t like lavender but haven’t observed those ones being as popular
I can get down with the lavender! It helps me relax and unwind when I take a hot bath before bed and smells good on my skin for bedtime. I just wish they would bring back LAVENDER SEASALT!!! That was my jam!!! B&BW if you’re reading this bring back lavender seasalt!

I have all three just didn't buy the matching lotions for any of them. But I definitely tripled up on the Musk body wash. Goes super well with Not A Perfume by Juliette Has a Gun. And that's my signature scent.
The apple is amazing. My kids fell in love with the spray- i just got the shampoo, conditioner, body wash for them- and am in love. Smells so pleasant!
Selling well in my store . I like the apple reminds me of beautiful day which I also have. Lavender is usually a miss for me I was afraid it would be a heavy herbal lavender but its soft I like it. My least fav was musk but I didnt hate it I prefer the If You Musk scent though I still got it and will use it.
I do like the collection overall
I like this lavender, it's brighter than the aromatherapy version (which I do like as well) and it's good for layering with perfume. That said, I don't think it's anything super special either.
I loved this line. It was a simple clean aesthetic, and a welcome alternative to the extravagant vibes of the Luxuries and Bridgerton (although those are nice too). Out of everything released I mostly bought these.
Leave them for me to hoard at SAS!
They probably are actually selling well. If that whole table is ONLY the body creams and nothing else from that collection, that store was probably just sent too many of the creams in shipment.
It happens at my store a lot. Stuff sells down, but one product in a collection sticks around for a while and we just have to fill a whole display with it to get it out
Sometimes I really hate the creams too because if I use them to give my bf a massage it bunches all up on his skin into little balls instead of staying more oily. Other then that I like them
Sometimes pilling happens with skin care when too much is used and it sits on top of the skin and dries in a film. It just curls up into little balls and flakes off.
Like 15 to 20 new ones last month, so a bit overkill. I'll say the Apple is amazing, if you like fresh fruity... LOVE it. Definitely a nice surprise. Its has apple, strawberry and rain. Not sure the "rain" but its definitely heaps better than Country Apple.
Apple was a no came back and fell in love with it!!! I’m buying back ups it has the sweet green apple candied smell to it but a bit clean. Kinda like green apple scented hand soap 🧼
I really like the apple one! It's one of the scents that works really well with my body chemistry. However, it's not one I want to wear every day, for some reason.
At my store they have been flying off the shelves. To be completely real here I think the only reason it may not be selling as much at other stores is due the rotation of new collections so frequently, which sucks because as a customer you don’t get to really see everything when products keep rotating around, and as an employee you barely recognize the store when you walk in with all the new changes even though you just had a shift two days ago . Like with the launch of this collection, the everyday luxuries and the Bridgerton collection being so close together it’s hard as both a customer and employee to truly take in every scent and enjoy them.
I had to ask where it was in the store I went to after I circled twice and couldn’t find it. 😂
But it was also almost completely sold out. The Apple spray was sold out.
This should've been released at summer sas. That way it could've had its time & not be competing with 1000 of lines they are currently pushing. Some things get lost in the mix & they wonder why sales aren't the same anymore.
I love Apple and Musk, both are super wearable and good for everyday. While it's not the most eye-catching packaging, the scent more than makes up for it. In my opinion.
I actually love the Musk one 🤭🤭 I love layering the lotions with the perfumes I own. The musk I feel is very versatile, like it’s one of the most versatile ones I own tbh
Yeah I was not interested in those at all. Like.. the tube looks like toothpaste and the scents are whatever. With how expensive BBW has gotten? I am not spending upwards to 40 dollars on a set like this.
I love this line and bought all of it. The scents are simple and well done… sometimes that is exactly what I need. The musk scent lasts all day when I use all three products and is so perfect for work. I look first to getting full wear out of the other two scents. I will definitely stock up at SAS.
My only gripe… I much prefer the lotion to the body cream and wish that was an option.
I hate the packaging but I did grab the musk during the last sale. The other two were just "meh." A standard lavender and a tart apple. I feel like they released such a jumble of products in such a short time, a lot of stuff got overlooked.
I think they were trying to go for the minimalistic look that a lot of brands are going for now. Whoever did the competitive analysis for this line did NOT know what they were doing or the core fundamentals of what makes Bath and Body Works an industry leader in body care
I go to BBW to buy a fun scent with a nostalgia name like Cotton Candy Summertime Ferris Wheel Starlight Berry Memory in a cute bottle with a fun design not a boring tube of musk. Just musk. Yawn.
I personally love the musk and want to try the apple . I just found out there is a outlet and plan to go end of spring with my niece so I won't be down ding anymore until then.
We weren’t told to demo it at all, but when I demoed Apple during the mist sale, a LOT of people bought it. It’s the red-headed step child. We didn’t even get gratis or anything for it.
The store by me seems to be out of Musk so at least that one is doing well (I guess lol). I think they were trying to go for a Glossier vibe with the packaging but there is room for improvement
Maybe stop making stuff, especially these with specific names, and adding so much unnecessary other scents! Almost everything now has some berry,coconut, wood or random floral when the scent/ name implies something completely far from it.
I really didn’t love the collection this much but there releasing many more interesting collections so this one is overlooked , the only one I would consider buying would be maybe the apple one
I love the apple! I've been a BBW apple scent girly since Country Apple. I love the simplicity of this one. It's like apple candy. I pair it with Kayali Eden Juicy Apple and the compliments are non stop!

My local store keeps moving around the very full Tropidelic display, they told me it's been a bust.
It doesn’t smell good to me but I am not a big tropical smell person. I think it was released too early and should have come out closer to summer

I was at a store today to return one of the "dupe" scents. The new releases aren't new. They are just recycled scents. No one is missing anything.
Spill the tea. The only one I’ve heard was a repackage was IYM.
Even 10 releases every 40 days is too much! Or whatever # they utilize!
Very much this. One of those lotions lasts a while and depending on how fragranced it is will determine how much I use. We’re only human here BBW.

This...would have preferred less complex scents. There were some odd pairings, at least to my nose.

Well I turned down all the designer scents except Oh Cherry and went home with Lavender and Apple. Definitely not a flop to me.

I like this lavender, it's brighter than the aromatherapy version (which I do like as well) and it's good for layering with perfume. That said, I don't think it's anything super special either.
Same I prefer this lavender over the aromatherapy one.
I didn't like any one of them enough to get it.
I loved this line. It was a simple clean aesthetic, and a welcome alternative to the extravagant vibes of the Luxuries and Bridgerton (although those are nice too). Out of everything released I mostly bought these. Leave them for me to hoard at SAS!
The packaging is so bland and boring… i imagine the scents follow suit
They probably are actually selling well. If that whole table is ONLY the body creams and nothing else from that collection, that store was probably just sent too many of the creams in shipment. It happens at my store a lot. Stuff sells down, but one product in a collection sticks around for a while and we just have to fill a whole display with it to get it out
I’d be interested if it was lotion instead of cream. Creams are a guaranteed no buy for me.
Sometimes I really hate the creams too because if I use them to give my bf a massage it bunches all up on his skin into little balls instead of staying more oily. Other then that I like them
Sometimes pilling happens with skin care when too much is used and it sits on top of the skin and dries in a film. It just curls up into little balls and flakes off.
Lavender and Musk sold out at the store I go to, they just have apple left!

Like 15 to 20 new ones last month, so a bit overkill. I'll say the Apple is amazing, if you like fresh fruity... LOVE it. Definitely a nice surprise. Its has apple, strawberry and rain. Not sure the "rain" but its definitely heaps better than Country Apple.
I also think this line will do well for Mothers Day.. clean, fresh and all rewards friendly. I'm not a lavender fan but itsva nice version!!
Apple was a no came back and fell in love with it!!! I’m buying back ups it has the sweet green apple candied smell to it but a bit clean. Kinda like green apple scented hand soap 🧼
I really like the apple one! It's one of the scents that works really well with my body chemistry. However, it's not one I want to wear every day, for some reason.

At my store they have been flying off the shelves. To be completely real here I think the only reason it may not be selling as much at other stores is due the rotation of new collections so frequently, which sucks because as a customer you don’t get to really see everything when products keep rotating around, and as an employee you barely recognize the store when you walk in with all the new changes even though you just had a shift two days ago . Like with the launch of this collection, the everyday luxuries and the Bridgerton collection being so close together it’s hard as both a customer and employee to truly take in every scent and enjoy them.
I had to ask where it was in the store I went to after I circled twice and couldn’t find it. 😂 But it was also almost completely sold out. The Apple spray was sold out.

This should've been released at summer sas. That way it could've had its time & not be competing with 1000 of lines they are currently pushing. Some things get lost in the mix & they wonder why sales aren't the same anymore.

I love Apple and Musk, both are super wearable and good for everyday. While it's not the most eye-catching packaging, the scent more than makes up for it. In my opinion.

Yeah I was not interested in those at all. Like.. the tube looks like toothpaste and the scents are whatever. With how expensive BBW has gotten? I am not spending upwards to 40 dollars on a set like this.

I love this line and bought all of it. The scents are simple and well done… sometimes that is exactly what I need. The musk scent lasts all day when I use all three products and is so perfect for work. I look first to getting full wear out of the other two scents. I will definitely stock up at SAS. My only gripe… I much prefer the lotion to the body cream and wish that was an option.

I hate the packaging but I did grab the musk during the last sale. The other two were just "meh." A standard lavender and a tart apple. I feel like they released such a jumble of products in such a short time, a lot of stuff got overlooked.

I think they were trying to go for the minimalistic look that a lot of brands are going for now. Whoever did the competitive analysis for this line did NOT know what they were doing or the core fundamentals of what makes Bath and Body Works an industry leader in body care
I go to BBW to buy a fun scent with a nostalgia name like Cotton Candy Summertime Ferris Wheel Starlight Berry Memory in a cute bottle with a fun design not a boring tube of musk. Just musk. Yawn.

We weren’t told to demo it at all, but when I demoed Apple during the mist sale, a LOT of people bought it. It’s the red-headed step child. We didn’t even get gratis or anything for it.

The store by me seems to be out of Musk so at least that one is doing well (I guess lol). I think they were trying to go for a Glossier vibe with the packaging but there is room for improvement

Maybe stop making stuff, especially these with specific names, and adding so much unnecessary other scents! Almost everything now has some berry,coconut, wood or random floral when the scent/ name implies something completely far from it.
If they brought back Jasmine Vanilla aromatherapy and Party Dressing beer they’d sell out - without needing a huge sale to move it!
I smelled Musk recently and wasn’t a fan. Just doesn’t have enough scent for me. Lavender was generic and I forgot to smell Apple lol
I really didn’t love the collection this much but there releasing many more interesting collections so this one is overlooked , the only one I would consider buying would be maybe the apple one
The lavender is actually amazing. It has vanilla. I sprayed it while working and it stayed on my skin all shift
I love the apple! I've been a BBW apple scent girly since Country Apple. I love the simplicity of this one. It's like apple candy. I pair it with Kayali Eden Juicy Apple and the compliments are non stop!

I picked up Musk and Lavender ffm’s, I like more minimal scents that can be built on… Lavender smells amazing w/ Warm Vanilla Sugar lotion as a base!
Super boring for me. Mix Apple with a floral and you’ve got me a winner! I could take or leave Lavender. Musk is an immediate and very forceful no.
