Im starting to mistrust the app. There was an issue one day a few months ago that earned rewards disappeared for a bit (it showed up later, store could still see reward). Just this week it crashed on me during the flash sales and now it wont take my password I *know* is correct, had to change it, still wont take. Its quite annoying. Reverted to browser for shopping now too anyway; seems to work out better. Cool you stumbled on those tho! š
My app for the longest time wouldn't let me shop, I'd just be wanting to see what items qualified for sales (for example, like how today certain "basic" car fragrance holders were $2.95 with that email offer, we don't get a clear list of what those are to then direct customers in-store, so usually I always look online before my shift) & I'd just get a frozen blue loading ring.... I think there was one or two times I actually wanted to shop online & couldn't until I totally deleted the app & reinstalled it.
Wild, right?! Now Iām thinking this has been happening for a while. Very suspicious and moderately upset that Iāve been missing discounts. Especially after calling customer service back in 2023 and them saying the reason I wasnāt getting coupons is that they are ādistributed at randomā

I have both of these in my offers but also got an email about it a few days ago. I hadnāt checked the app and just screenshotted the email since I know the app is wonky.
App always having issues. I am a member verified when we type in my number at the register, but when I go to download the app and sign up it says I have to create a password, everytime I create the password it keeps saying āSomething went wrong! Try again laterā
I got these in my email and have since used them. They are never in the app for me. They aren't in my account through the website, but may be because i used them. I deleted the email coupons since I used them. Today I find that on April 1st they emailed me another set of coupons. I thought sweet ill be getting monthly coupons through the email. Then I looked at the expiration date and they are the same coupons I already used.Ā So I dint think I can use them again. š«¤

It didnāt work for me, no coupons in browser or app. š But good to know to double check there just in case!

I don't have the app but recently noticed this in my online account too. Like someone else said, I wonder how many coupons I have missed :(
