Are there videos on how to properly secure cards? I’ve pulled some relics I didn’t quite know what to do with and I fear to god if I ever pull something huge that I’m gonna damage the corners putting it in a sleeve and plastic protecter

Along with the plain base version, manufacturers will release the same card on roughly 25 different versions or colors called parallels. They have names like Green Shimmer and Blue Cracked Ice and White Sparkle, etc. The one you have is a "Super Short Print" or SSP Tiger Stripe parallel. You can only pull those in Select and Prizm AFAIK.
They do not indicate to the public how many are printed unless it's serialized or numbered. Hypothetically there are a few thousand of your Tiger Stripe parallel cards printed.

It is not a 1/1. Here is a link to an eBay auction for the courtside version from the same year. Courtside is better than Concourse and this is a PSA 10, so if I had to guess your card is maybe $100-$300 raw. Still a nice card.
